Twin / Double Rooms

We can offer twin or double rooms, prices from £70.00 per night based on two persons sharing a double en-suite room and includes a full Cornish breakfast.

All rooms are en-suite and have a television, hair dryer, alarm clock-radio, tea and coffee making facilities.

Our Family Suite

A cosy, self-contained ground floor family suite, having it's own entrance from the car park and comprising of;

  • A Master Bedroom with king sized bed, fridge, and tea & coffee making facilities, which can also be configured as a twin bedroom.
  • An Adjoining Bedroom with bunk beds, plus extra an single bed
  • Private bathroom consisting of bath & overhead shower.
  • In addition, a optional Travel Cot, extra Children's Bed, High Chair and freshly prepared Baby Food are available.
  • A children's menu is available when parents are dining in.

General Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

  1. Non-Availability of Accommodation: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation or an hotel in or around Looe. If this was not possible, or was unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the booking. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
  2. Damage & Loss: Guests are responsible for any losses from or damage caused to the rooms, furnishings, fittings and equipment in them by any act, omission, default or neglect and will pay on demand the amount required by the owners to make good or remedy any such damage or loss. If the room is unlettable due to the damage, then additional loss of business charges may be applied. Failure to comply or report damage may be charged automatically to customer card used at the time of booking.

 

  • To confirm your reservations we require a deposit paid by a debit or credit card( 1.95% extra charge on credit cards).
  • All reservations that are cancelled less than seven days prior to arrival may be charged at the room rate applicable, unless the accommodation is subsequently re-let.
  • If we can not re-book the room there will be a charge of 100% of the total cost of the reservation.  All cancellations must be in writing or email. 
  • In the event of cancellation or failure of arrival we will endeavor to re-book the room.
  • We can not give a reduction to temporary absence or early departure, this is standard practice within the Holiday Industry.
  • Considering fellow guests safety and comfort we are a NON SMOKING establishment.
  • Parking is available on site and is plentiful.
  • Children are very welcome.

 Holiday Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended.
